Hi,

 

   When i minimized the chat window at that time if any new message is received the window is not blinking. I tried to use the Nudge feture but it is not working. T try to use  ChatUI_PlayBuzz() java script function,  but minimizedwindow is opening insted of blinking.

 

Please tell me how to do it. It is urgent.
