I know that a user can enter a chat room as a guest without
   having to sign up. I would like to set this feature in a way that you
   can enter a chat room as a guest but you can not communicate with any
   of the members in the room without having to sign in. Meaning, you can
   view the room as a guest, but you can not participant as a guest.

 

Can we coustimize the chat  room accordingly, Is this possible? If yes then where we have to change
