How can I populate the Css Class and Inline Style Pulldowns.

I have looked through every file.

 

I see a forum post that shows Css Classes can be edited by using

 

editor.StyleDropDownMenuNames   ="redcolor,boldgreen,highlight"
editor.StyleDropDownMenuList        ="redcolor,boldgreen,highlight"

 

I don't know where to apply this and what is the tag for the Inline Style.

 

Please advise!
