I'm trying to get a client to test the application. We have uploaded the LiveSupport "web site" to a live server for testing.
I have sent the client the Live operator application with installation and configuration instructions (the same configuration as what I'm using). But they still get the problem posted above.
Could it be a firewall issue and if so how do I configure for it?
