When a user requests a chat, my operator console gets the request, but as soon as the operator clicks "ACCEPT" the user window (in the operator console) says :
The connection to the chat server is lost. Require Agent Or Customer
On the user side, it says connected, and show no indication of a lost connection....
I have the latest version, what's going on?
