We have been using CuteLiveSupport (client version 1.0.0) for some time.

 

Today, however, whenever we click on the customer's request on the queue, CuteLiveSupport quits automatically. I am wondering what is happening.

 

So again, the problem is with the operator's client... It will let operators login, but after that, as soon you click on one of the customer requests in the queue, the client quits without any message.

 

Is there way we can tell what's happening? Any help would be appreciated.
