Is it possible to set the language of the chat interface according to information contained in our database on a "per user" basis? What I mean is that instead of having a general rule for the display language (server or client), I would like to control the display language from the "prefered language" set for each user in our database.

 

This way, if user A prefers french and user B prefers english, that's what they'll get even if the locales on their computer says otherwise...
