    My Bin folder is a virtual directory..... the CuteEditor.dll is in the Bin folder... my site layout is something as follows - root folder being douglasmcgregor.co.uk.......

            Framework 1.x
            Framework 2.0
            Bin
            All the other CuteEditor folders....
        Cutesoft_Client
        highslide
        includes
        images

    Still going with this problem and not getting anywhere fast!  From surfing the net it appears it might be a bug with .NET 2.0.
