Operator Console not showing correct version

    Operator Console not showing correct version

    I thought I had seen this somewhere in the Blogs but cannot locate it now.
     
    I have downloaded the latest LiveSupport operator which is supposed to be 4.1.
     
    I loaded it on my PC and when I check the version it says 4.1
     
    I loaded it on another operators PC and it still shows version 1.0
     
    Any ideas?
