I am using cute editor for user input and any images that user inserted in the editor are not visible (just a blank box with outline) the next time user tries to view it.

Also, while saving the data to the db, we are saving it in both html and rtf formats. we are using the html2rft converter.

 

it was working fine before and now it is giving an exception at 'new Html2Rtf' line as Server Error 404 Not Found.

 

what could be wrong?
