It still functions for the user, they are able to click live support button and initialize chat session. The problem seems to be with /CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Support-Visitor-monitor.js.aspx. From the chat console of admin, I am not able to see users browsing the site unless they are on the sub-domain the app is installed on. When Support-Visitor-monitor.js.aspx file is not included there is no error.
Any Ideas?
