Hi

 

It seems that the Norwegian characters ø æ å Ø Æ Å are changed in the text window when a customer is sending his/her initial question. The letters are changed with boxes.

 

 

I can't see that its possible for us to change this and it seems to be a bug in the program.

Please advice?
