I would like to know if there is a more up to date help file for the Live Support Operator (LSO) application.

 

The version of LSO that we currently have is 1.0.0.0 (if the Help -> About dialog is correct).

 

In the help file that installed along with LSO the screen shots still shows the old LSO interface.

 

We have clients asking quetions on how the LSO system works and we cannot just point them to the help file since it only confuses them. Normal people. Sheesh.
