We just purchased the live support software.

Everything seems to work fine till you want to add aditional operators.

When I try to add it via the webpage I got the error as in the screenshot below:




When I try to make an operator via the client software nothing happens. I am able to make a department via the web and client.

Has anyone a solution for my problem?
