1. Are you using custom
httpModule? Can you check your web.config file?
If your custom httpModule has bugs, you may receive this error.
2. The "create opeators" page uses ASP.NET validator controls.
a. Make sure the files under aspnet_client match your asp.net framework version.
b. Check IIS and make sure that the .axd extension is mapped in the IIS application to the same place the .aspx is mapped.
If your extension is not properly mapped, then it wouldnt get processed by the aspnet_isapdi.dll.
