That is what I tried to do with the Mac White Skin, but am unable to manipulate it beyond the following:

 

 

My question is can I and if so how do I create a new skin with all the features displayed exactly as portrayed in the first graphic. Sorry this is kind of turning into a spot the difference between the two pictures kind of a thing
