I recently purchased and tested this application and never had a problem, until i went to the clients site and installed on the actual operators station.  I installed it on 5 workstations.  All day yesterday they were getting disconnected and today.  I tried doing what the guy said where you change the folder to 1.1  That didnt work at all.  I went ahead and downloaded the new operator application that you are recommending.  I am assuming you made changes.  Although the version number is the same so i cant really tell.  I will repost and let you know how the re-installs go.
