I'm unable to create users or departments through the management web site

 

when trying to create a new operator on ManageUsers.aspx, I get an error "no department selected" with a dropdown to select a department, with no departments listed.

 

 

I've also tried creating a new agent under the department, with no success. I cannot add departments through the site, although I can add them through the operator client. Managers I cannot seem to add with any method.

 

I've setup a demo site and given access to Karen and Rhonda in your support group but have not received any response in weeks.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
