1.  Is a source code license available, and if so, how much?

 

2.  What protocol does your product us between the client and the host? 

 

3.  Is jabber supported? 

 

4.  What is the maximum capacity of your product (number of chat sessions) on a given box?

 

5.  The load balancing "feature" of your database doesn't seem to do what I would expect..     There's still a single process that all chats have to go through.   What happens when that process can't handle all the requests?   What if that process/server crashes?  How do you create redundancy, some kind of failover?
