This is very strange.

 

Here is an example to test the RemoveServerNamesFromUrl property:

 

 

After the post back CuteEditor strips out the local server name from all A and IMG tags if the hostname in the URL matches the current hostname. 

The RemoveServerNamesFromUrl property is set to true by the default. So in the above example the editor setting is as followings:
