I responded to your email about load balancing that was sent from [email protected] with all this information. I will forward that to [email protected] and also copy and paste the info here.

 

I was told that live support works fine over SSL yet I am having many problems because it seems that all references in your software are over http, port 80 which is not open on this (these servers) off-campus. My test page:

The image doesn’t show up nor does the link work.
