    Stripping out DOCTYPE tag and Rearranging Meta Tags

    Is there a way to prevent CuteEditor from stripping out the following tag:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
    "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
     
    Also, it seems to rearrange the metatags - is there also a way to prevent this?
