Is it possible to programatically create a "thumbnail" image of the HTML page?

 

When the user clicks the "save" button I would like to create a small 75x75 (for example) image of the actual page.

 

I have run through the Editor functions list and searched the forums but I have not found a solution or anyone else asking this question.

 

Any help much appricated.
