When I check the video which I have uploaded, it looks fine with IE 6.0 but when viewed with IE 7.0 or higher or

it shows cross mark(X) and when viewed with mozila the video flickers for some time and gets a white screen and only controls are displayed.

 

1. Can you give me Idea how to recsolve that?

 

2. Also can you tell me that as i have my own script.. i want to insert that script instead of EMBED tag... Where i have to change???
