Well that worked which is good.  I created a new page in a separate project, pasted in the code and ran it.  The spell check worked as expected. 

 

Now I have to figure out why it still does not work in my main project.  I continue to get the JavaScript error when pressing the spellcheck button.  I have all of the .dlls referenced, the dictionaries, the client folder, and it still does not work.
