I can see that your testsite is working ok. But updating to 4.0.0.5 doesn't fix the problem in my site.

I tried it with standard DotNetNuke and problem is the same with 4.0.0.4 and 4.0.0.5.
 

Did you do something with DotNetNuke code when you got it working??

Are you still working with the update to fix this or am I doing something wrong?
