Hi!

Got the same problem in IE7 (and only in IE7).

I got several different .config-files depending on where the editor i shown, and 1 of them produced the errormessage "failed to load menus".

Changed .config-file and the problem was over.

Haven't checked what it was in the .config-filed that caused it, but it's a start for debugging.
