In the case you described all scripts will be removed automaticly,

The problem I have is that it will be removed random, or when editing the text in normal mode,

I don't think it's random but it looks like random.

When I'm editing text sometimes scripts will be removed and sometimes not.

Sometimes opening and saving a text wil destroy a javascript but nog always. even it is the same text I'm saving
I can open and save a text 10 times without any problems and the 11th time everyting went wrong.

 

I totally don't understand why that is,
