1.Please try this property :
ItemTextTemplate=""
2.you can specify the width :
ProgressPanelWidth="100px"
and other properties : ProgressBarHeight, ProgressBarBorderStyle ...
(ProgressBarStyle has a bug now..)
3.the button is visible , but it is disabled when uploading a file.
