Adam,

I can tell you are making efforts to improve, which is great.  I think you product just looks so good that you are a victim of your own success.  You are going to get busy with lots of people quickly so you need to make sure everything works well or that you can handle the support.

 

I was able to figure out a lot of stuff on my own because I'm familiar with .NET, servers, etc. but many other people aren't.  You need at least some basic documentation that explains:

* the setup procedure (don't know why you would remove the installer from 1.1 instead of just explaining what it was asking for clearer)

* all the settings in admin
* where to go to edit files like header, footer, banners, etc.
* how to pass login info/integrate

Your "Users Guide" is great for users but there is nothing like it for admins? 

Example: I'm still not sure if you can host moderated chats with CuteChat 2.0 and how you would set that up.
