If your website using ASP.NET1.1+Medium trust level , the uploader would not able to intercept the raw request data into the file stream.

 

So I suggest you 3 solutions:

 

1. upgrade to ASP.NET2.0

2. use Full trust level

3. let end users use Silverlight.
