My behavior is inconsistent with the behavior in the sample

when I right-click and select properties on the image in the preview pane it lists http://localhost:57347/data/componentfiles/621/eastwest_ill.jpg as the url

when I open the image map screen for that image then right click and select properties of the image it lists http://localhost:57347/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Dialogs/data/componentfiles/621/eastwest_ill.jpg as the url. which means the Image Map is not looking at the BaseHref when loading its image.
