I have run some more tests. I have setup a virtual machine with Windows 2003 enterprise sp2 english version, .net framework 2.0 sp2, and:

 

- Make a clean installation of cutechat

- modified the local windows\system32\drivers\etc\host file so that I could use the www.uninettunosrl.net domain.

- locally opened the url http://www.uninettunosrl.net/CuteChat/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Channel.aspx?Place=Lobby-1

- Still got the same error.

 

I have tried also different configurations, I always get the same error as soon as I copy your .lic file, while the temporary licence .lic file always works. I wonder if you can reproduce the problem using the same procedure I adopted.

 

We are in a bit of a hurry here: since everything was working with the temporary licence, we told are users that a new, performing chat would have been ready in just a few days.

 

Please help.
