    So what your saying is switching to html view is waht is messing up my links? well that is very unfortunate because switching to html view is necessary more often than it should be. Say perhaps that the first bit of html on a page is <b>my header</b> ...content of page. If you then go to the normal view select all the text and change the font, you get <b><span><b> my header</b>...content of page</span</b> so you must go to the html mode to fix the problem. So unless every time i edit a page i remember that i must change the links last it won't work. That is a big headache and something i'm barely capable of remembering and something my users certainly aren't. Also if i right click on a link in normal mode I have no idea how to change it in the menu there is Link and under that properties which is where i assume i could change the link, but that doesn't seem to do anything?

    So basically what i'm saying is under the current version of the control I don't think avoiding the html tab is practicle, and i'm still wondering if there is a way to turn off the automatic changes or not?
