   Editor1.Setting["security:ImageGalleryPath"]=
   Editor1.Setting["security:ImageBrowserPath"]=
   Editor1.Setting["security:MediaGalleryPath"]=
   Editor1.Setting["security:FlashGalleryPath"]=
   Editor1.Setting["security:FilesGalleryPath"]=
    folder;

For the image gallery dialog, please use ImageGalleryPath.

For the insert image dialog, please use ImageBrowserPath.

This new setting is added in version 6.3.
