I tried this with a different operator and get the same eror.

 

When the operator joins the room they see:

 

Connecting...

The connection to the chat server is lost.

 

I think this might be related to the fact that the identity specifications were not copied over to the new server (ID column increments).  I don't see any new rows created for the test chat sessions in the SupportSession or SupportMessage tables.
