Rich textbox height is less in IE 8

    Hi,

    In IE 8, the rich textbox height is very less. The space between the icons and the rich textbox top is very high.
    This issue is happening only in Windows XP and with IE 8.
    Can you tell me the reason. Please refer the screen below.
