I'm getting a new issue where a few customers who use IE 8 are not seeing the rich textbox and are instead seeing only the text box as if I have turned off the scripting. I can't figure out what setting in IE 8 may be causing this problem. I have IE 8 installed and everything is working fine.
Any idea what could be causing this?

1. Are you using an old version of Cute Editor?
2. Can you let your client try the following example?
3. Can you let your client go to Tools--> Internet Options --> Advanced, click the reset button then try again?
