Using version 6.4 and Uploading Files will not work

    Using version 6.4 and Uploading Files will not work

    Working in the Downloadable Files Panel.
    Simple realatively small files are requested for uploading but nothing happens.
    If a second file is selected I just get a green spinning progress icon.
     
    Where should I start to try to rectify this?  Thanks.
