Thanks to your wonderful support, I have a nice-looking, easy-to-use functionality for our site.

 

I have one user who has come accros an issue when he is trying to slect his files.  The first time he visited the site, he was able to click the "Add files" button on the uploader.  After a failed attempt, however (the file froze at 97%), he is not able to choose any more files as the "Open" dialogue box will not open.  This behavior remains after restarts, deleting cookies, etc.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions to why the Uploader would have this behavior?
