I have another entry referencing the fact that once i switch between html and normal view I am not able to click past an image to insert anything into the Editor.  That was specifically a Firefox issue, and I haven't gotten any feedback/resolution as of yet. This is happening in IE and i tried it out on your online demo.  On a blank editor insert a LARGE pic.  something that is bigger than the editor. In your demo image folder I used 03.jpg.

My steps: 1. Switched to html view and cleared out all of the code so i have a blank editor

2. Switched to normal view and using Insert Image i selected 03.jpg and inserted it.

3. I am stuck.  Can't click past it or go anywhere.
