We had visitors complain that the pages with the Live Chat button would come up for a few seconds, then vanish leaving only white space.  We tracked this down to users using Safari, Opera, and Firefox on Mac.

 

Turning of the visitor-monitoring for these sites seemed to have corrected the problem.

 

HOWEVER, we would like to use Visitor Monitoring. 

 

Any ideas on a fix for this issue?
