In case anyone else stumbles upon this question, add the following line to the Editor instantiation...

 

editor.EditorWysiwygModeCss = "style.css"

 

...replacing the style.css with the path and filename of your own.

 

Adam - why don't the styles in my file appear in the classes drop down?
