I realized that in other products like cute chat or cute messenger, you can invite another online user to join your chat conversation.

 

For cute live support, is it possible for the operators to invite the user to another chat user conversation?

 

lets say Operator 1 is attending user A question and user b question.

But both of their questions are similar. Can operator 1 invite user b to join in user A conversation and then answer the questions together?

Currently in cute live support there is no function like that, but can we integrate this function from cute chat to live support?
