The visitor time out function default is 10mins.
If the vistor is waiting for more than 10mins, he/she will be redirect to "Feedback Window" <---- is it the offline message form page?
In our live support, the time out isn't working as mentioned in the guide. System automatically send offline messages "MISSED CONVERSATION" & shows in Console>Feedbacks & agents tab.
Should it also re-direct the visitor to Feedback form page as i understand from the guide states as below? In visitor chat window there is no action.
Administrators can set a Visitor wait timeout for when a Visitor is waiting to connect to an Operator. If this value is exceeded, the Visitor will be redirected to the feedback window.
Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\SupportCustomer.aspx file and modify the following code:var redirectIfNoAcceptForSeconds=600;The default timeout value is 600 seconds (10 minutes).
Am i missing something? Thanks and wait for your reply on this.
