Thank you have done exactly that.

Then once i hit save i get the following

 

And thats it.. nothing else  .. Did it create a file?   Even if i hit NEW, it brings a fresh page and all, then i can edit as normal, but once i hit save, i see the result as above and thats it.  Any clues?
