    Did you put the official license in place?
    The license file should be in the bin folder along with CuteChat.dll. There should already be a .lic file, replace the one with your official one. Or do a file search  for CuteChat.lic to see how many copies there are. Replace all those which are within the install folder of Cute Live Support.
