I'm evaluating Cute Live Support, and I'm unable to determine if the functionality I need is available.

 

I'm looking for the ability of an operator to cause events to occur in the client browser. E.g., I would like the operator to be able to cause the client browser to open or redirect the client browser to a URL. Is this possible, or is it limited to the ability to send a URL over chat?
