Cute Editor  6.1 toolbar icons mouse-over issue in IE8

I am using Cute Editor.net 6.1 and I have issue in IE8. Mouse-over to icons in the toolbar are not showing. It's showing fine in all browsers(FF,Chrome and safari).
I am using compact.config file for toolbar configuration. Is there any settings that I need to change to work in IE8 ? Any help on this issue will be appreciated.
