js error: window.CuteEditorImplementation(editor)

seems like the editor object is missing from the page

 

I just replace the CuteEditor.dll, CuteEditor.ImageEditor.dll and NetSpell.SpellChecker.dll in my bin folder. Is there anything else I need to do?
